Pros

Company Growth: BuildOps is scaling rapidly. It’s an exciting time to be here as they dominate the commercial contractor SaaS market. The momentum is visible across all departments. Product-Market Fit: Selling is much easier when the product actually works. The platform solves genuine pain points for the trades, which leads to higher conversion rates and more meaningful discovery calls. Leadership: The management team is transparent and focused on results. They provide the tools and resources necessary to hit your numbers without unnecessary micromanagement.

Cons

Fast-Paced: The expectations are high and the environment moves quickly. You need to be disciplined and comfortable with a high volume of activity to succeed here.

Pros

If you're looking for a first tech sales gig, BuildOps checks most all boxes if you're open to a startup with changes being made periodically. While it's a lot of work, it provides a clear path to promotion and there have been people who made it from SDR to AE in under 2 years. I and many others have already been promoted in under 12 months. I was looking for a place to establish my sales career and that's what I've found here. There's turnover like most entry level tech sales jobs at least from what I have heard from my friends at other SAAS companies.

Cons

It is a performance based sales role at a startup which is fast paced with a lot of changes - it is a challenge and what you put into it is what you'll get out of it which is the reason I decided to work here because I'm confident in my work ethic and skill.
