Horrible company management and communication

Lack of communication, dishonest management

We are now a BIG corporate company. We have always had the ability in the past to make decisions at the local level, but now we seem to be directed by a corporate team. As we have grown, our local levels of management have increased causing a lot of redundancy and poor communication. Our benefits are terrible for a company our size. With each acquisition, our benefits have deteriorated.

Outdated systems, poor management, poor communication with upper management, pay is not fair

Lots of bs on these job sites and no good communication

Management communication is poor. Instead of handling potential issues immediately they drag things out and wait to say something either due to poor communication skills or for fear of potential conflict. You get delayed reviews regarding work ethic/quality. Which helps nobody and lowers moral greatly also.
