Pros

Its a job and it does have benefits.

Cons

Lies. Empty promises. No help or support. Commissions clawed back. Money grabs left and right. Fighting for commissions. Commissions given to outside sales simply for having a name on an account- Upper management is the problem. The same commission structure is not reciprocal which is deeply disturbing. Not 1 or 2 or 3 percent of your money goes to the outside sales person but 5%! This was never mentioned ever and just happened. If the account doesn't receive payment in full in 6 months time, you get nothing! And you did nothing wrong but work for the wrong company. Horrible leads- Broken doors in 33 different cabinet lines all come to you because your a dealer on their website. Total nightmare. They have bad ideas that take away your money and time. They take whatever leads you've earned and give them to other designers. They have no idea what our job entails and don't care or try in any capacity to learn or fix it. Total shitshow.

- Pay is very noncompetitive - Nepotism and cliques throughout middle and upper management - Benefits through BCBS of Texas and they don’t like to cover a lot of things - Constant revolving door of temblor which puts a strain on operations - Poor communications between departments - Management doesn’t hold people accountable

Pros

-Some remote possibilities, but not many.

Cons

-Majority of the company has that "good ol' boy" mentality. Don't expect great treatment without some brown nosing and playing their game. -Poor upper management for locations and markets that will throw others under the bus without a second thought. -A poor company overall coming from a former corporate and location based employee.
