Lack of training and development

There was literally no room for growth. Three nice people, but I honestly felt like people were not very communicative or welcoming. The training environment was very chaotic. I have to say though, those 3 people are some of the best people ever! :) I appreciated the experience!!!

Outdated systems, poor management, poor communication with upper management, pay is not fair

Sometimes there are long hours, but you are typically rewarded for your dedication and effort.

Work is demanding. Training is pretty much D.I.Y. Once you get full up and running your outside salesman might take some liberties and throw you to the wolves with lack of responsiveness and unavailability. I would still be here if some of those concerns seemed to be addressed. I could be wrong and they did address this with the outside salesman, but nothing seemed to change on my end and the stress mounted pretty heavily.

Salaries are not competitive with the market by a landslide. As a project manager for installed support, I am responsible for supervising installations in 40+ subdivisions within a six county area in North Carolina. My offered starting salary was $55,000 without any room for negotiation or signing bonus.

Insulation department was eliminated. Stores sales people lack training and supervision.

The training program was over 2 years.
