Trending towards a corporate culture of big earnings for investors but doesn't reflect on employee pay

-Work from home availability -Decent PTO and insurance benefits

Cons

-Constant increase in sales goals to get bonus's. The payout for bonus's didn't increase, just the goal number, so it's MUCH harder to make money. -lack of training and continued education for employees -The culture has become far more "corporate" after partnering with outside investors. No longer the "best place to work in Omaha" by a long shot. -Base pay hasn't increased in 1.5 years, even after 3 years of company growth during a pandemic, which is a slap in the face to all employees.
