-took away 4 day work week when Covid hit -makes you Work overtime on the weekends to finish tasks but won’t pay you for it -pressures you to call people who are OUT OF BUSINESS AND CANT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES -don’t care if you have a bad day, always “improve and get better no matter what” -toxic “grind” & “hustle” culture -you don’t actually sell anything, you just set meetings -increase call count requirements without paying you more -glorified call center job -guilt trips you for not having a good month when people are dying in the thousands and the whole world is shut down -pay is too low. -I could make more but I won’t. Don’t work here
