The company cares a lot about it's customers, and has developed very good focus over the last several years. Very fun customer base to support and a great place to work and build a great career.

Cons

Nothing major. You need to have an ability to adapt to be successful at this business, not necessarily a con.

Lack of strategy Lots of point solutions Employees from the CTO’s previous company get hired at senior+ levels… very odd nepotism happening there
