      People get off early cause of the culture

      Cons

      red tape, lack of visibility into everything, scrum masters, unprovoked questions around things other managers don't understand and just takes up time, too much process as this small scale, poor pay, "have to say something to make me feel important" culture, layoff dozens of long term employees like its nothing, no visibility bottom up, feature factory, just overall a very combative and ego driven environment, keep showing off what work you do and they will keep you

      Good first job

      Pros

      This is a good first job to get into sales. Cold calling is a muscle and experience any sales professional should learn. It helped me land my next job. Team is very kind and good to work with. Supportive

      Cons

      The pay is not enough. Its about average - even if you are exceptional. Its a great way to get experience but its not a job I would stay at long term. Other sales positions on your next step will pay much better.
