Buildertrend is very innovative and always wants to find ways to improve. They are a business and make hard business decisions and I respect that. They do what is right to be profitable and keep our company growing. They treat employees fairly and the pay is incredibly good

The building could use some updating

Pros

The benefits are good, PTO is generous, paid family leave, four week paid sabbatical per five years of service. The culture has improved dramatically in my short time here. This year we received a large pay increase. The majority of people managers in my department are honest, transparent, and take their roles seriously. I feel valued and respected.

Cons

If you live local you are required to be in the office the majority of the time. There could be more cross department interaction. Not all departments have the same expectations.
