Pros

The developers are first-class; intelligent, creative people willing to share info and collaborate. The finest I've ever had the privileged to work with.

Cons

Upper management is SIE Corporate. Some of them want better, but employee benefits are diminishing as the company is absorbed further. Middle-management is hands-off until it's time for the 2/yearly review, then there's a push for accountability and data on what you've accomplished. There's no accountability held for the management that pushes multiple crunch periods per year and has led to wide burnout.
