Pros
Bungie is one of the most prestigious companies in the game industry right now. There is a tremendous amount of talent and passion at the studio. The studio have a very friendly and welcoming vibe and generally everyone at the studio seem to be very satisfied with what they're working on here. Bungie also offer some of the best benefits amongst the game studios.
Cons
There are not much downside to working at this studio. One thing that is confusing is the hierarchy and ranking of an artists position in the studio. There are several levels of ranking from associated to senior staff. It tends to get convoluted.
