Pros

The best coworkers I've ever worked with, our senior artists and team leads fostered a work environment that not only was productive and cohesive, but also took an interest in the personal growth and development of our skills. As the meme goes, companies want 10 years of experience for their entry level candidates, while our team lead and seniors made sure you had 10 years experience by the time you were done with your first year.

Cons

-Too corporate. -Too much HR BS. -Too many "Art Directors" and not nearly enough Art Direction. - Currently owned by Sony, who's publicly traded and subject to the whims of shareholders who are quite frankly ignorant to the realities of the game industry beyond "Want! Line! Go! Up!"

Creative Heaven, Poor Management

Pros

Wonderful and creative individuals that truly care for the product and well-being of their colleagues

Cons

Managers are overworked, stretched thin, and not given the resources they need. Upper management makes decisions behind closed doors which has created a culture of fear.
