Horrible Company, Unethical Business Practices

Pros

Company vehicle (after 6 months of employment), gas card (after you get company vehicle), and company phone.

Cons

They treat you like scum even if you have a lot of experience. You will never get a raise, their philosophy is "find a better job". You have to be available to work 24-hours a day. Management never answers phone calls or returns emails. They have unethical and unprofessional business practices. They harp on you about every little detail, they love to micromanage.

You can work and make money to buy food and pay rent. Thats about it.

Cons

Everything about this horrid company is a negative. No raise in 4 years. Every few months they want you to learn more and more and take on more responsibly work longer and harder with less respect and recognition as time passes. Modern day slavery. What kind of people make some one work for weeks on end 12 to 14 many times 18 hours a day?
