Cons

New hires with no experience paid a lot more than the senior techs that are relied on and expected to train newbies. Little to no raises. You might get lucky enough to get a 1% raise every two years. Upper management unappreciative of dedicated work. High turnover; Burroughs pays so poorly that they are a training company for the competition. Released after almost 20 years for minor incident with no discussion. Every tech expected to excel on equipment with NO training.

Company car without tracking device.

Cons

Tracking device on vehicle as if you a criminal. No on hands training out in the field once you get certified. No raises for years. Discriminate against blacks. Non skillful whites tech makes $3 to $4 dollars more than skillful black tech. No black managers. Managers talk to you unprofessional. When you get a promotion, you do not get the pay.

None If there were any I wouldn't be quitting in a couple weeks.

Cons

We are going through another merger. The time we merged with a companies we ran it into the ground. Hundreds of people lost their jobs. My advice to the company we are merging with take your job experience and go to a real company one who will appreciate all of your hard work. No room for growth we do not hire within. Have a family not any more kiss them goodbye with the hours you will be expected to work.
