None at this point. Even when I was employed the negative out weighed the positive.

Cons

The company is to quick to make judgement calls on letting people go. I worked for this company for 15 years and was released in September, along with 10 to 15 others in the same district that I was in. Now 3 months later they appear to be hiring back in the same locations that they let quality techs go. I am to assume that they now have more business but i bet it will cost more to hire and train new techs then it would have been to just keep the techs and work through the slow times.

Pros

Company provides car, phone, computer, tablet, and some training. There's no office to report to because employees work out of their homes.

Cons

Unreasonable hours: after working 20+ hours, was reprimanded for not continuing to work the rest of the second day. No acknowledgment or praise for working all night trying to repair a machine. Just scolding. Manager didn't come out and try to help even though he was receiving updates all night long. Was expected to go home, shower and go back to work without having slept at all. What kind of place treats their employees like this?
