I'm very happy with my decision to work here and quite grateful Burroughs took me in . The culture here is great, I really enjoy my co-workers, my manager and the whole leadership team, they've really created a comfortable environment to work in. I'm also excited on the overall direction of the company. The clear objectives & mission align with the plans for growth.. I'm very eager to see what we can do here in the future.

Good place to work for a self-starter but company is experiencing competitive pressure.

I scheduled my own hours. Decent benefits. Good pay. Opportunity to work with many different clients in different environments. Management did not micromanage employees.

Cons

Company is in a state of decline. Company has been in business less than 18 months and has had two major layoffs already. Company provides products and services to financial marketplace. Financial marketplace has been squeezed by economic downturn. Sales are suffering. Service engineers are more focused on expense control than providing quality service.
