When Burroughs split from Unisys they took too much management and not enough workers.

Pros

You will definitely not be bored as you will have to do at least 4 jobs.

Cons

Sales is allowed to do what they want without any regard of the impact on fellow employees or system limitations. They lowball all employees except sales and management.

Unisys Corp. in 2010 was acquired by Marlin Equity Partners LLC & that's when the lies & animosity got really got bad.

They recognized the UAW contract, however, they cleverly were able to break into the contract mid-stream to try to reduce wages even further.

Cons

Salary began treating us with less respect, more responsibility, less wage. Salary also wanted us to "dumb down" starting in early 2011 after a couple of years earlier (Fall of 2009) sent us to classes on-site to learn new skills. I was treated with more respect in the U.S. Navy. Unisys stopped our pension benefits in 2006. Personally I was done at 15 years, and worked for them another 6 years. However, the UAW also takes some of the blame because they were of basically no help those 6 years. My total seniority there, 21 years.
