8yAlthough it has been a long time since we had an office and people in San Paulo, thank you for taking the time to share your views.
I took over Burroughs back in 2016 so I do not have any real history of this part of the business, which has subsequently been sold.
Even though I was not around, I do know that our clients have always been a key focus and that existing and prior team members concentrate on that everyday.
Overwork is something we try very hard to minimize and it is one of our top three points of focus for the “Team”. Your comment about treating our team members as clients is a great way to think about it when trying to bring change
