Pros

Great brand story. Great products. Building in Durham very good for creative thinking. Most employees truly do care about the environment and are looking for ways to lessen human impact.

Cons

If something goes wrong, it's a witch hunt to find out who is to blame. Management will place the blame. Roles and responsibilities in marketing not clearly defined. Out of my 22 year marketing career this was the worst place that I've worked. Some very self centered leaders. While management cares about the environment, they do not care about people.
