Pros

Really cant think of any, met some good people maybe thats about it, the free food lets just say its free sometimes edible

Cons

This coming will over work and under pay you to the point of mental exhaustion. Unprofessional managment constantly swearing and making inappropriate comments. The company tries to mask the true environment by encouraging employees to come out and make 5.0 reviews, they are all fake dont let them fool you. Millenials are taking over, inexpirienced frat boys promoted to leadership roles. Promising clients time and time again things you simply cannot deliver. No team work, battles to get other departments to follow through. ABSOLUTELY NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. If I didnt need to work I would have been gone a long time ago. Looking but frankly it is impossible to find the time to interview with the hours and lack of vacation and personal time.

Thank you for your feedback. Based on your comments, my recommendation is to inquire about BSC's pay to leave strategy which would provide you a "bridge" so you can spend some time looking for a company that's a better fit for you. Please talk to your leader and/or Engagement. Also, I can be reached at mklipfel@businessolver.com

Pros

I truly can't think of any that don't include free food.

Cons

The turnover rate speaks for itself. Like other reviews have said, it's a revolving door. The business is growing quickly which means more money, which means management is power hungry. I was verbally abused almost daily, always told I won't make it anywhere, I'm stuck there for life, nobody can pay me what they were if I left, etc. I truly mean it when I say I have never been happier. Leaving that job was the best decision I ever made! I can't believe how well I am treated at my new employer. Different roles in the company get treated differently. Most of the jobs You See that get good reviews are not at the bottom. If you have to decide between this place and a different employer, run far away from Businessolver.

Pros

The company is able to garner many talented business professionals. Hats off to the marketing and recruiters for doing this and being able to make the opportunities offered seem so amazing and life changing. Anytime you see free food and so much positive reinforcement, how can you not be intrigued....oh but beware.

Cons

In short you will be promised the moon and not even get the chance to see it much less shoot for it . Basically, you will be expected to meet expectations that are not attainable. You will need to ask questions that you don't know how or who to ask, much less hat to ask. You will think you are safe and supported by great people, but instead these nice to your face people will stab you in the back to get ahead. The positive vibe starts to fade quickly into passiveness and that feeling of "crab what did I get myself into." It doesn't help when you see people constantly leaving or getting let go. Its truly scary to watch. You could literally get a great review if you get one at all and then get let go. Knowone, is safe unless you are a favorite and in a click. If you are not then you will soon be pushed aside as they will look at you as a burden that they do not want to deal with. So the solution will be to pile on more and more until you break and if you are one that does not want give up and keep trying they will let you go with no basis or grounds. This goes for all positions, if you are upper management which I was you are not safe.
