Pros

I met a lot of great people... who also quit because they are smart people that wanted to gain real experience and work for a company that cares about them as people.

Cons

Too many to list. I’ll just say this: If you’re considering going into the PDP program, I hope you reconsider. There is no mentorship or support (regardless of what they say). You are just a business need to them. Go somewhere where you can actually gain relevant experience and save yourself from all of the drama. Otherwise you’ll do a ton of mandatory OT, never get to pick your schedule, be micromanaged more than you ever thought was possible, and never get to use your accumulated PTO. I chose to ignore the bad reviews before I accepted this job and thought my experience would be different - guess what? It wasn’t. Here I am, on here writing a review, hoping that it prevents someone else from making the same mistake.
