Pros

Great group of people who are hard working and dedicated to their team members and company. Anyone here would literally do anything to support you and try to help you be successful.

Cons

Signing a compensation contract should be the first red flag, signing multiple contracts with addendum's is the second red flag. I even had an attorney review it and stated it was so confusing. Your commission is 100% bound to several variables that you have absolutely no control or visibility over and once all of the variables have been met you will still have to fight to get paid. Therefore once you close a deal it could easily take a year or more to get paid.

Pros

The company is able to garner many talented business professionals. Hats off to the marketing and recruiters for doing this and being able to make the opportunities offered seem so amazing and life changing. Anytime you see free food and so much positive reinforcement, how can you not be intrigued....oh but beware.

Cons

In short you will be promised the moon and not even get the chance to see it much less shoot for it . Basically, you will be expected to meet expectations that are not attainable. You will need to ask questions that you don't know how or who to ask, much less hat to ask. You will think you are safe and supported by great people, but instead these nice to your face people will stab you in the back to get ahead. The positive vibe starts to fade quickly into passiveness and that feeling of "crab what did I get myself into." It doesn't help when you see people constantly leaving or getting let go. Its truly scary to watch. You could literally get a great review if you get one at all and then get let go. Knowone, is safe unless you are a favorite and in a click. If you are not then you will soon be pushed aside as they will look at you as a burden that they do not want to deal with. So the solution will be to pile on more and more until you break and if you are one that does not want give up and keep trying they will let you go with no basis or grounds. This goes for all positions, if you are upper management which I was you are not safe.
