It is a growing company with some good people. They try hard to promote a fun culture.
Cons
The company is trying to grow too fast so hiring people from outside the industry and failing to train them properly before asking them to work 70-80 hours a week. Some of the people that have been placed in positions of responsibility do not belong there.
