Pros

For the most part, the people I work with are great.

Cons

People are overworked and underpaid. We are expected to preform duties well outside of our role with no compensation increase. No raises, no promotions, even when you are regularly recognized for high performance.

Thank you for your feedback. I am surprised to see your comments around raises and promotions...since the first of this year, 60+ employees have been promoted and they all received increases with these promotions. I encourage you to reach out to your leader and/or the engagement team to discuss your concerns so we can work together to address them.

Pros

The atmosphere is a lot of fun. The company is very employee friendly. Energetic environment, truly a fun place to work.

Cons

The work load can be overwhelming. The training for your role can also be almost lacking so being a seeker is very important.

Pros

I have been very lucky to come into a role where I can take on so much responsibility and new opportunities at such a rapid pace. Things are moving a mile-a-minute and no one day is exactly like the last. I love the people I work with who are extremely dedicated and competitive to drive their own growth as well as the company's.

Cons

Directions can shift frequently which can cause some stress. It is important to stick to what you know is beneficial in the long run so you aren't enveloped by tasks that are deemed "important" at the time.
