Pros

They provide nuts, chips, coffee and pop. They cater in lunch once a week and breakfast. They have healthy snack options at no cost.

Cons

Their core values are not seen by senior leadership. The amount of gossip and speculation that goes on without ever going to the source is ridiculous. Minimal written policies and focus is on sales and nothing else. Training is lousy, no work/life balance and no performance reviews, lack of communication, wing it with change constantly based upon google. No trust in their middle management.

Great, knowledgeable and dedicated group of employees. You definitely won't get bored at this place.

Cons

ZERO work-life balance! No raises or bonus system. They will tell you they will bring you wine and roses, but deliver sour grapes and thorns. There is a reason they have free liquor and food in the office.

Fast-paced and growing, rewarding experience with lots of little perks! On-site gym and a huge focus on wellness company-wide. I love not having to fight the downtown & WDM traffic every day. Great opportunity for upward career movement. Its awesome to be able to have direct access to executive team and see your hard work come to fruition.

Cons

Annual reviews and compensation vary per role. This isn't a workplace for slackers - go somewhere else. We work hard and play hard.
