-We sometimes may get tunnel-visioned and hyper-fixate on metrics that shouldn’t matter that much -Reorganizations need to be more thought out before implementing

I call Businessolver home and have remained with this company for 7+ years because they continue to give me chances to perform and advance my career. BSC believes in promoting from within and finding the right role for each solvers individual personality and passions. The culture is second-to-none. I came from Oracle and was looking for a more personal experience with closer relationships and ties to leadership and I found just that. The people are what make Businessolver special.

I'm very grateful to work at a place like Businessolver. We are constantly challenged to innovate and create meaningful experiences. And to make it all the better, you will not meet a single person who does not want to help you succeed in meeting that goal.

Cons

We move fast and that can be a lot. There are weeks that can feel overwhelming or feeling like you can't catch up, but it always works itself out in the end.
