Pros

They do feed you well. And the keg and wine at 4:00 pm is fun, especially on Fridays. There is a lot of camaraderie, although it's mostly based in misery.

Cons

This place is craziville. They get you in the door with bright smiling faces and promises of an amazing work environment. Lies! All lies! I was warned not to go there, but I didn't listen. I thought they were exaggerating their "burn and churn" business model. Not so, it's actually even worse. They will suck the living energy from your body, then act all shocked when you leave. The wife is the Madhatter, presiding over this insane asylum. The culture fosters lots of backstabbers. Stay away from this place.

Pros

Manufactured culture to mask reality is very humorous

Cons

Change sales comp plans during the year to cut commission, don't pay commissions and product/service availability issues during open enrollment....product is not scaling to support growth.

Pros

This was one of the best companies and the worst companies I have ever worked for. They talk very highly about how important mental health is. But they are not supportive at all, this company, will take a toll on your mental health. Most of the bad reviews. You're gonna see from former employees thought I'd just upset with how they left. However, I can tell you the pro are you have a very flexible schedule, you get to work from home, and overall, the benefits are not too bad

Cons

The cons of this company far outweigh the pros. You will be drained! Communication is terrible. Expectations are even worse. They are never clear and day to day, your job will change. When you approach your director for guidance, you will be told to rely on your peers. Only to be told that your peers are not correct. You can go the entire time working here without a single write up and be let go based on a business decision. So many times I wanted to warn my employees when they were being "released" as they call it, which is basically just laid off. But I was told I am not allowed to give warning until I was terming them. If you go for promotions, you will go months without hearing anything. You will be a "stretch supervisor" meaning you'll do the job you are being promoted to without a pay increase of any kind and told your promotion is coming they just have to "wait for governance" they will continue to make other moves, but leave you hanging by a thread. Giving you tiny breadcrumbs and setting high hopes, only to let you down. You will be expected to work overtime all the time. They will tell you that is voluntary, but then they will reprimend you if you don't do it. They will tell you that you have unlimited pto, but you will have to still keep up with all your work, and if you take too much, you will be made to feel guilty. But there will be no clear expectation of what too much truly is.
