Pros

Flexible scheduling options, remote work.

Cons

This is the worst job I've ever had. We only got around 2 weeks of training before being thrown into annual enrollment (extremely busy season). QA will deduct points for the silliest things and have unrealistic expectations. There isn't a lot of support from leadership. I've had questions go unanswered in the support chat while on the phone with callers. Oh, and the callers are just awful.

Pros

It was nice to be remote.

Cons

Leadership is a joke! The amount of micromanaging, finger pointing, gaslighting and micro-aggressions is insane. Work life balance? Forget you have a life outside of this company. That’s what they expect anyway. You will be blamed and rolled under the bus for everything. Clients are disrespectful and mentally abusive. The fact that Businessolver allows it is why people leave. What happened to respect?

Pros

Great people Competitive pay Remote working environment Good platform Wide array of clients

Cons

Very long working hours, especially during busy season. Zero downtime, every day is packed and it's impossible to not multi-task during every meeting. Teams do not communicate well, tech is not supportive or understanding of client facing teams. Inconsistent and very long work times for updates. Case submission is arduous, QA is completed by client facing teams. Analysts are not assigned per client. Strong "do everything yourself or crumble" mentality Off-shoring many jobs and seeing a huge drop-off in service level. Many people ignore emails and messages, case submission process (Clarizen) is very slow moving and bulky compared to other CRMs.
