Pros

The flexibility and the opportunity to work with the amazing children.

Cons

I only found out I was no longer employed when I received an exit survey email. I was an employee for over 2 years. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating and I didn't feel valued as a team member.

Thank you for sharing your experience so that we can improve future processes related to communication. We have recently changed leadership in your area and the structure by which we manage the remote local, small markets with the belief that smaller areas to manage will result in better and more frequent communication. Typically families move through a fairly lengthy transition plan, however, not all experiences are created equal. We rely on both verbal and written communication at the time of transition for both team members and families, thus your experience does not meet our standard. At BE, we value our team members and the commitment they have to our families, the industry, and organization. I sincerely hope that you will contact us to further discuss how we can make a difference for you in this field.

Thank you for your review. While I am uncertain what might have prompted a statement of 'unethical service culture' - I am disappointed to ever see Butterfly and ethics or integrity questioned in the same sentence. Last week during our Town Hall meetings when I shared our Team Member Engagement Survey scores, one of our top rated scores from all team members was our ethical behavior as a Company and our integrity. I am very proud of those scores and to that end am so very sorry to hear that you did not have the same experience as reflected by the team. Happy to discuss at any time that you wish to contact me.

Pros

Great team of BCBAs to work with and collaborate with, wealth of knowledge. Flexible schedule and ability to get involved and help drive changes for improvement. Opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

Staff turn over can be difficult in this field and re-training technicians and replacing part time/student staff can take time.
