Pros

flexibility is a pro for this company

Cons

huge and unethical caseloads. Loyalty is not rewarded. I have been with the company for nearly 7 years and make less than those who have been there much shorter of a time. I never got a sign on bonus and trained several BCBAs who did get them. Health insurance is awful. Pay is on the lower side. Any and all admin work is done by the BCBA. Extremely poor tech retention.

Hello, I'm not sure I fully understand your review. Butterfly Effects has one of the lowest weekly BCBA billable requirements in the profession. If clients are canceling too often, the BCBA can initiate the discharge process. I am willing to talk you and make accommodations to give your a more professionally fulfilling experience. Please feel to contact me without concern of reprisal at steve.woolf@butterflyeffects.com. Dr. Steve Woolf, President
