Pros

Rewarding field of work; you are helping kids within the autistic community.

Cons

kinks within management. I was told I would have to redo the training because the wrong certificate was sent. (This was no fault of my own) This training took a little over two weeks to do and would be an extreme inconvenience to do. Management should have looked into the company who gives the certificates, but instead... I did it myself.

Thank you for the review. I’m pleased you found the flexible scheduling rewarding. We are currently working on a new process to minimize session cancellations. Behavior Technicians will soon have back-up cases to service when sessions are cancelled. Also, we will be requiring all families to sign a service commitment contracts to minimize cancellations. Pros

The BCaBAs are a pleasure to work with. They are educated and passionate about their position and I never felt underprepared to go work with a client.

Cons

The hours are limited but if you are adamant about receiving more hours your BCaBA is super helpful in getting you those hours.
