Thank you for the advice. We have chosen not to have a scheduling department to add increased communication and scheduling flexibility between the family and behavior technician. Most behavior technicians and BCBAs appreciate the direct scheduling communication with family. I will consult with staff to determine if direct scheduling with the family is problematic. Hello, it seems you have several concerns. As President, I am always open to hearing from our behavior technicians. We regularly study our pay rates to ensure we are competitive in the market. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns as we want to create a positive and supportive environment for all behavior technicians. Steve.woolf@butterflyeffects.com Dr. Steve Woolf, President

Pros

Seeing the children grow because of the work you put in with them.

Cons

Supervisors don't support RBT's enough. Admin acts like bullies attacking the same people everyday knowing the issue is not in their hands.

Thank you for the review. In your section of California, we have two levels of RBT support: BCBA and Mid-level supervisor. I’m very disappointed your are not receiving the level of support you need to effectively work with children affected by ASD. Please send me an email so I can help you. I want you to be supported and appreciated. Supporting tech is one of my major company priorities. Steve.woolf@butterflyeffects.com Dr. Steve Woolf, President
