      I worked at CHR for about a year there were fun activities in the office and the physical office is very nice

      Cons

      I could write an essay about the cons. Management plays favorites. It is impossible to be promoted because there is no time to train people for a higher level position because everyone is so busy. I was working with a woman that they planned to promote 2 years ago but since a few other team members quit she just needed to help others and has not been offered her promotion. My entire time there I felt rushed to complete a million different tasks and always felt like I had to chase away from being held liable for a mistake. The supervisors are not on your side and only recognize your mistakes not your triumphs. I

      Pros

      Walking out the door on my last day.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. Terrible management. They tell you in the interview how you need to be a problem solver, etc, but the job literally was a call center position taking customer orders by phone or email. The most monotonous, boring, bland, mind-numbing thing you could do with your life. The pay is horrendous. Turn around and run the other way.

      Excellent benefits package and 401K.

      Cons

      Expected to be available 24/7, even on vacation and holidays. No work/life balance. Sexual Harassment from coworkers and management. Favoritism. Management belittles employees openly on the floor. No sense of team. Boy's club and fraternity house.
