      Pros

      The company offers great benefits, including 401K, stock options, great medical plan, and a good amount of vacation. It is a very casual atmosphere and always loud and busy.

      Cons

      There is little recognition for a job well done. At the end of the year, if you hit all of your goals, but your office does not, you see little, if any, compensation. Though they offer a number of vacation days, they make you feel bad every time you take one. You are constantly micro-managed. They count your calls, the length of your calls, and monitor everything. You live on the phone.

      Pros

      It was a great leaning experience. They have a great logistics systems for shipping needs unlike anything I seen before great for sales.

      Cons

      Not all great sales people can or should go into managing people, which is what this company allows their sales people to do.
