      Pros

      Great place to start your career. This company will help you grow professionally because you learn so much in such a short time. The customer interaction and on the job training are priceless. Robinson will also help you create a work ethic you thought you never would be able to accomplish.

      Cons

      The Monterey branch is not a place to expect career advancement. They hire only recent college graduates in order to pay them low salaries and make them work long hours. When their employees start to advance and do well they will tell you we can't afford to pay you what you're worth and would rather see you quit so they can bring in a fresh face that they can pay less. They also do not treat their employees very well and the manager sometimes gets in his moods and creates a hostile work environment.

      Good "Starter" Job, But not many stay beyond the 2 year mark

      Pros

      Good job to have directly out of college. Long hours that can build one's work ethic. Most of the sales are on 'warm' leads so the actual sales process isn't too difficult. Decent starting salary and great benefits. A very high potential to make good money in commissions if the market is in good shape.

      Cons

      Very high turnover at this company due to the lack of respect from upper management, low base compensation and a very little chance of upward mobility. The company has very little regard for it's lower tier sale force. This is not a job where you will leave when your work is done. The hours are 7AM-5PM. The management has instilled an attitude an it's employees where many feel bad for taking longer than a 20 minute lunch. Also, if you take a day off, you lose money. Period.

      Pros

      Fun environment Stimulating Good work is rewarded Possibility to relocate You can work independently and take ownership - no micromanagement You can really make an impact Multibillion dollar company behind you but still small and friendly branch offices

      Cons

      Cannot really name any Maybe salary is not top but everything else is. Flat hierarchy, tough to get higher unless you are the best, but then you can always move to another state / country
