      Good entry level job, but get out after 2 years

      Pros

      Like others have said, it is a decent resume building job, but doenst offer much after that. Casual work environments is a plus.

      Cons

      - Management is ALWAYS watching. -HUGE amounts of micro-management -Not much room at all for promotion -CHR looks out for CHR first and foremost and could really care less about their employees or customers.

      Pros

      Not an overwhelming amount to do day to day. Most people bury their faces into the computer and blow 8 hours. When the bell rings, time to go!

      Cons

      No career growth. They claim to be a "horizontal company" which is awful if your trying to advance a paycheck. Grrrrrrrrrr!

      -Promotion potential -Front line business education -Limitless avenues for advancement -It is a great place to start a career because they will give you the essentials that are so important to know for any business environment.

      Cons

      -It will take a little while for you to shine. -Making your boss's numbers look good is important. -If you are not driven this isn't the job for you.
