Pros
Good place to start off a career out of college. Casual Environment. Lower salarys but good bonuses at the end of the year.
Cons
Very limited upward mobility. Each office is like their own little company, so how well you are paid is based on how well the office that you are in does, and too much of the subjective bonus at the end of the year is based on whether or not the manager of your office likes you or not. Expected to work long hours and sometimes Saturdays.
