      Pros

      Dynamic company, excellent benefits, nice culture. Management is responsive and helps keep you motivated. Overall a great place to advance your career.

      Cons

      It is a very large company and there are all of the problems of communication attendant to that. The only real downside is that you often have to relocate to advance.

      Pros

      The people are awesome, it's fun coming in to work everyday. I've had lots of opporunities to do different things and take on different responsibilties. It's always busy, never a shortage of things to do. There are some solid options for 401K with a match, stock purchase program and profit sharing. When I started working here those things didn't matter to me, now, several years later seeing those accounts grow, and continue to stay strong even in this economy, it makes me realize how important those long term goals are.

      Cons

      The culture is a "you need to be present to be working" environment. Much of what's done is over the phone and computer, so at times you feel like you are tied to your desk. But, the flip side is that they are flexible with appointments, etc, you don't have to take time off for that kind of stuff. Also, it's transportation, you have to deal with truck breakdowns, weather and a lot of things beyond your control that can make for big headaches, that's just a fact of the job.

      Pros

      Good Benefits, young work enviroment, after you learn the basics you are good to go all you do is talk to truckers on the carrier side and on the customer side you just talk to customers and build loads.

      Cons

      The compensation package you are promised is a joke..spent several years there and pay wasn't raised some years. They expect 20% growth and if growth is not met you dont get any extra compensation.
