      -Great beneifts package including 401k match and Employee Stock Purchase Program -Best resources in the industry -Leaders in the market

      -not a glamorous industry -many employees have negative attitudes

      Pros

      All of the management is promoted from within. If you want to move up the ranks they help you put a development plan together and work with you on achieving it. You'll learn more about business here than in most colleges. The Chicago reviewers have a completely different structure than the rest of the company. Unless you're looking for a job there, virtually none of what they've said applies.

      Cons

      Bonuses vary a lot from year to year, sometimes you have to put in long hours. You have to be self motivated to make it. Very decentralized, so each location can be vary different.

      Decent pay and ability to make your own compensation. You do not have to be dependent on others for your success and failure.

      Cons

      There are long hours and a long training period. People are only in it for themselves and employees often go behind other's backs.
