      Pros

      A 6% 401k company match is pretty good.

      Cons

      Poor pay, poor hours, in-office requirement, bad PTO policy, toxic company culture, minimal opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      Remote work from home, pay, benefits.

      Cons

      Work life used to be fine until layoffs, clueless engineering managers and product owners that severely lack knowledge and respect and make life miserable for the team. Principal engineers are presumptuous and just talk big. Loss of knowledge due to several rounds of layoffs. No direction, unclear future, grasping on straws. Unhealthy place only good for hiring recent college grads and burn people out as they don't know any better.

      Decent pay. Decent time off. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      CHR is NOT a tech company no matter how hard they try. Incompetent management. Mob like leadership - they don't like outsiders. Change is resisted. They laid off top talent and kept the mob. Did I mention that leadership is a joke?
