      The company was great from the beginning of the pandemic to mid '23 CHRobinson was a great place to work. It was very inclusive, there were a lot of opportunities and, hate to say it, but it actually felt like a family. Unfortunately Dave Bozeman took over and the shift into corporate culture was INTENSE. The year after Bozeman took over there were no raises and the 25-year employee trip was canceled, citing a poor year, Then there were layoffs across operations departments leading to an entire a year of skeleton crew which then lead to an insane amount of back log. So the solution was obviously to massively outsource to other countries and have us train our own eventual replacements.

      Hybrid, good foundation for people wanting to work in a corporate environment.

      Cons

      I used to love this job until I hit a wall with the company. Too many changes, layoffs, and the ops team is not a priority to this company. Listen to your employees. Empower people with choices, flexibility, and stop going through rapid changes. If you want CHR to succeed, do the aforementioned. People are burned out and lost trust in CHR. Excellent tenure/employees are being turned off, I would not be surprised if they leave. This company also underpays their employees. Growth opportunities are limited.

      my coworkers are nice. health benefits are decent as well as the pto.

      no more raises. claim to care about "culture" but not about the livelihood of their employees or the requests to work from home even though this job can VERY EASILY be done from home and was done so successfully all throughout covid. new ceo is trash. advancing becomes stagnant here after awhile. pay transparency was supposed to be made available and magically that has disappeared after the no raise announcement, meanwhile the new ceo is raking in MILLIONS of extra dollars before he's even proven his worth here or effectiveness.
