      Growing company, great benefits, community involvement.

      Cons

      White male dominance, office politics, secretive, does not promote from within, no real place for anyone of minority classification i.e, Latino,Black, Asian, female, gay, etc. You have zero- 0.1 percent chance of being promoted. Blame oriented environment. Management most likely will not be of real management caliber and most likely have gained the title through smoozing at after work parties that the only the clique is invited to.

      -Nice rooftop deck -Easy access to public trans -Beautiful office designed by the CEO's wife -Decent benefits and 401K plan with match

      Cons

      -Lack of diversity at upper management level. -Favoritism and inconsistency among policy enforcement which is concerning and I would think dangerous from a risk standpoint. -Tough getting critical technology enhancements for customers pushed through due to corporate loopholes. -Mislead customers on technology capabilities and staff expertise (lots of aspiring actors looking for a day job, not supply chain experts as claimed)

      Get your hands dirty in logistics (TMS) Great Christmas party Private Bathrooms Occasional free food

      Cons

      TMC has very high turnover. Why do you ask? A lot of folks here have the same job title with varying amounts of complexity in their role. This ranges from an operations role – upper management. The sad part is no matter how much you do the “opportunity” within the company is “unrewarding” to put it nicely. You will most likely remain in your role longer than anticipated. From the outside looking in TMC seems very promising however you’re mistaken. Opportunity here is wide as an ocean but yet deep as a puddle. If you are a career driven individual I’d highly advise other options. Outside of the company’s name recognition and young crowd, there aren’t many positives that drive staying here long term. Talented individuals continuously pass through like a revolving door. If you are just looking to pay bills to stay afloat then TMC may be a solid option but be aware that you will most likely be underpaid.
