Such an amazing place to work,. I have been working over 6 Months, every since day one i got noting but Knowledge and friendly faces. The CEO is an amazing women very Knowledgeable respectful and supportive of all employees to do Better. My manger is the most Humble person. He is always willing to share knowledge never get tired of answering the silly questions i ask. Both of them are my Mentors they Guided me and want me to do better. This company cares about Humans no matter where you are from.

Cons

most of the employees work there for long time and sometimes it is difficult to fit in.

I have learned so much working here! From client plan renewals to employee relations. Coworkers are pleasant to work with and each department works well together. The CEO really cares about her employees and works hard to ensure a great work environment. The company is always open to feedback and new ideas.

Cons

My commute is the only issue.

I've worked at C2 for over 10 years and have had amazing opportunities to advance within the fast paced Human Resources Department. Many employees at C2 have worked here for 10+ years which is a testament to the culture the CEO has created. Due to the recent coronavirus outbreak, C2 has allowed employees to work from home and has provided the flexibility needed for those who have children to arrange childcare.

Cons

This problem is not unique to C2 but as more millennials are being hired it has been difficult to adjust their work ethic. Some of the new hires don't like to take direction and don't want to be a team player.
