Pros

Solid work processes with clear direction on how to do your job. Open door policy when it comes to management, although not always reciprocated with compassion and a willingness to help.

Cons

President is known for yelling and cursing at her employees, specifically the sales team. Passive aggressive emails accusing employees of putting water in communal soap dispensers. Mandatory kitchen/bathroom/trash duty for employees who were not hired to be janitors. No room for advancement in certain departments. Micromanaging is a common practice amongst certain departments. PTO is often and spontaneously put on a freeze so employees cannot request leave for an indefinite amount of time.

Pros

Such an amazing place to work,. I have been working over 6 Months, every since day one i got noting but Knowledge and friendly faces. The CEO is an amazing women very Knowledgeable respectful and supportive of all employees to do Better. My manger is the most Humble person. He is always willing to share knowledge never get tired of answering the silly questions i ask. Both of them are my Mentors they Guided me and want me to do better. This company cares about Humans no matter where you are from.

Cons

most of the employees work there for long time and sometimes it is difficult to fit in.

Pros

I've worked at C2 for over 10 years and have had amazing opportunities to advance within the fast paced Human Resources Department. Many employees at C2 have worked here for 10+ years which is a testament to the culture the CEO has created. Due to the recent coronavirus outbreak, C2 has allowed employees to work from home and has provided the flexibility needed for those who have children to arrange childcare.

Cons

This problem is not unique to C2 but as more millennials are being hired it has been difficult to adjust their work ethic. Some of the new hires don't like to take direction and don't want to be a team player.
