Leadership is focused on growing the company, investing in high tech capabilities, caring for the employees, expanding into new customers.

Pros

Excellent technical staff and colleagues, clear objectives and plan for achieving them, and energetic, committed leadership. Opportune time to be on/get on board -- the next several years will be exciting ones for C2.

Cons

Fast paced, dynamic environment not for everyone; inevitable growing pains as the company moves to the next level. But genuine opportunities for those able to step up and keep up.
