We are so glad to hear you appreciate the company benefits we offer to our employees as well as our location which has close access to the metro, shops, food, and daycare. We are sorry to learn that you did not feel there were any opportunities for advancement within the company. We are a small company which does create some vertical limitations though there is never a shortage of opportunities to become more involved and learn other areas of our business. Part of the pleasure of working for a smaller organization is the ability to become involved in a number of different areas. If employees are interested in expanding their role with the organization we suggest they follow up with their manager to see what other opportunities may exist beyond the scope of their position. We work hard to keep our staff highly engaged in all areas and intend to work relentlessly to continue this practice. We take great pride in our customer centric focus and truly are an “all hands on deck” organization. Everyone here works diligently to ensure our clients’ needs are being met on a daily basis. We are sorry to hear the feedback about our “bench”. We do our best to ensure that all of our employees are resourced properly and have projects to work on allowing continuity with C2. However, due to the size of our organization sometimes there are gaps which are difficult to cover. Thank you for the feedback, we will continue to work on this.
