Not so exciting workflow, not much options for personal development, lack of feedback from direct management, average+ compensation, a lot of people leave the company

Fair wages, good work environment, very little micro managing. Honest company with some growth opportunities

Cons

New manager every year, travel can be intense in some positions. Stock plan is a joke. Every year there is a new customer message, but it's always the same old software.
