- Product company with good process in place. - Pay is as per industry standards - Good work life balance

Cons

- Hyderabad office lacked good technology leaders (e.g architects, tech mgrs) - Very little R&D development in the company. CA has grown more inorganically ( most thro acquisitions). - Senior management sometimes lacks vision or some times is unable to articulate it across different groups - eg customers, developers etc - Politics exists in teams.

The company is made up of many amazingly talented people that truly love to work together as a team. The benefits were first rate and CA was a leader in promoting flexible work schedules and telecommuting. Long hours and hard work but many, many rewards.

Cons

Like any company, you may encounter some individuals that are more difficult to work with than others, but the vast majority are excellent.
