Pros
The company has reinvented itself, has some market-leading products, and is investing in them and in a strategy that will ensure vitality for years to come. CA is absolutely no longer the place "where software goes to die." Instead, the company is growing quite strongly. Swenson and his team are good communicators, both internally and externally.
Cons
It's been a little hard to navigate the org structure. No formal mentoring program. The public is still learning about the new CA, and some customers are still stuck with a mental image of the way things used to be.
