ITC Management tries to appease US Management all the time. - No work life balance. - You might be working for late hours in the night for years only to know in the end that, your stuff is being thrown out. - Jr most Employees are blamed for big failures. - Management takes credit for success but failures are blamed on specially ITC. - Highly incompetent middle management - It's Jungle Raj, hardly any camaraderie between colleagues. 'You are on your own' is the name of the game. - You are counted on no of hours spent in office. - No process at all for any of the software development activity.
